Nature Struck

I really feel personification of nature as "mother nature" is very apt. She looks after us in the most unconditional manner, ignoring all the ill treatment we give her. Though we completely depend on her, we take her for granted.

Nature takes care of all our needs, providing us with peace and comfort when we seek resort from our hectic lives. Her pristine beauty never fails to awe us.

My college has a basketball court. And right next to the court was a small little garden which had various plants and flowers in it. This was the place I would spend my time after my lectures. Many people thought it was quite weird for me to run around the plants and trees in the garden. In my defense, I was just trying to click pictures of honeybees and butterflies.

I was extremely lucky to find a bee sitting serenely inside the flower, something very rarely seen. Seeing this immediately brought a smile on my face. I quickly clicked a photo of it before the honeybee could fly away.

As I spent more and more time in the garden I slowly realized my immense love for being in and around nature. I love the fresh air, the smell of the wet grass, the greenery and the silence, the chirping of birds and rustling of leaves. I find myself when I'm in the presence of nature. She is expressive in her own ways. The smallest of things you see around has so much to say. Nature is like a catalyst to expressing yourself. In this way photography made me realize my love for nature.
